12 medCorn Tortillas

2 tblsOlive Oil

1 tblsCumin Seed

1/4 tspBlack Pepper

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 42 50F.2. Place corn tortilla strips in a large mixing bowl.
3. In a separate, smaller bowl, whisk together olive oil, cumin, pepper and about 1/4 of the salt. Drizzle oil mixture over corn tortillas and toss to coat evenly. Spread out coated tortilla strips in one layer on cookie sheets.
4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the strips are browned and crisp; drain. Sprinkle with remaining salt.
