Seasoned Tortilla Crisps

Ingredients

  • 12 med 
    Corn Tortillas
  • 2 tbls 
    Olive Oil
  • 1 tbls 
    Cumin Seed
  • 1/4 tsp 
    Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp 
    Table Salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 42 50F.

2. Place corn tortilla strips in a large mixing bowl.

3. In a separate, smaller bowl, whisk together olive oil, cumin, pepper and about 1/4 of the salt. Drizzle oil mixture over corn tortillas and toss to coat evenly. Spread out coated tortilla strips in one layer on cookie sheets.

4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the strips are browned and crisp; drain. Sprinkle with remaining salt.
